With a hike in the Rupee–Dollar exchange rate, the prices of petrol and diesel have increased by Rs. 3.07 and Rs. 1.90.
Oil marketing companies on Wednesday increased the prices of petrol by Rs 3.07 per litre while it hiked the prices of diesel by Rs 1.90.

The reason behind this hike is the revision of oil prices, depending on the dollar–rupee exchange rate. This oil price hike has now resulted in the following prices
